Random Topic Generator requires sign-in with Google to use the service; we do not offer anonymous access. Topic generation requests (language and optional prompt) are sent to our API and forwarded to OpenRouter; see OpenRouter and provider privacy policies for their handling. Google Sign-In and Account Data When you sign in with Google, we receive and store profile information (such as email and display name) provided by Google to identify your account and provide services (e.g. practice history, subscriptions). This data is used only for account management and service delivery. We do not use it for marketing without your consent. Practice Recordings and AI Analysis Practice recordings are stored in private, access-controlled storage and are associated solely with your account. Only you can access your recordings through your account. To provide speech analysis and feedback, we send recording content to OpenRouter and their underlying AI providers for processing. The handling of such data is governed by OpenRouter’s and the relevant providers’ privacy and data processing policies. We do not use your recordings for any purpose other than delivering the analysis and related services to you. Payments and Stripe Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. Stripe collects and processes payment data according to their Privacy Policy (https://stripe.com/privacy). We may store subscription status, plan type, and transaction identifiers for billing, support, and compliance. We may use cookies or similar for sign-in and basic site function. This site may be hosted on platforms that collect access logs (e.g. IP); we do not use them to identify you beyond what is needed for security and operation.
